Set in Austria on the eve of World War II, The Sound of Music follows Maria, a spirited young woman whose love of music transforms the lives of the von Trapp family. As uncertainty grows around them, Maria and the family discover the strength that comes from love, resilience, and standing together in the face of adversity.

Featuring iconic songs including Do-Re-MiMy Favorite ThingsEdelweissSixteen Going on Seventeen, andClimb Ev’ry Mountain, this cherished classic continues to captivate audiences around the world. The musical features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and a book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse.
