2022 Annual General Meeting information

AGM will be held on Monday, October 3

When: 7 p.m. Monday, October 3rd, 2022

Where: In the Theatre, Zoom will be available for those who wish to attend remotely.

What: Reports from the Board regarding the activities of the 2021-2022 season, plans for the 2022-2023 season, passage of the by-law revisions of 2018, and election of several positions on the Board.

Paid and Lifetime members are eligible to participate in the discussions and vote in the elections. Unpaid past members and friends are welcome to attend as non-participating guests.

If you would like to run for a position on the Board or nominate someone, please contact the Returning Officer, Larissa Schausbreitner at larissa@kincardinetheatreguild.com

Requirements: BOTH THE NOMINEE AND NOMINATOR MUST BE PAID MEMBERS OF THE GUILD FOR THE 2021-22 SEASON AND PRESENT IN PERSON.

Voting will be available through Zoom where desired.

Please RSVP by September 26th, 2022 to board@kincardinetheatreguild.com and indicate whether you would like to attend in person or via Zoom. If you choose Zoom, the link to the meeting will be sent to you by Friday, September 30th, 2022.

All 2022-2023 season memberships will be due on October 1st, 2022, and will apply for all initiatives after the October 3rd Annual General Meeting.
